Trasformazione di un sito termale in medical spa
La presenza di un sito termale, con rovine romane ben conservate, in posizione invidiabile, al centro della Sardegna, in una valle lungo le sponde del fiume Tirso, vicino alla costa occidentale ed alle principali vie di comunicazione, ha suggerito al relatore la possibilità di trasformare questa grande ricchezza in una Medical SPA di avanzata concezione. L’intervento prevede l’integrazione di strutture ed attrezzature. I nuovi ambienti ed ambulatori garantiranno una attenta conservazione e valorizzazione delle rovine. La Medical SPA sfrutterà le acque termali ed il paesaggio e sarà un centro medico di prevenzione e benessere. I percorsi e i trattamenti saranno unici secondo le esigenze e le necessità dell’utente. Particolare attenzione sarà riservato all’allestimento degli ambienti ed al rispetto del territorio.

The presence of a thermal site, with well-preserved Roman ruins, in an enviable position, in the center of Sardinia, in a valley along the banks of the Tirso river, near the western coast and the main communication routes, suggested to the speaker the possibility of transform this great wealth into an advanced concept Medical SPA. The intervention involves the integration of structures and equipment. The new environments and clinics will ensure careful conservation and enhancement of the ruins. The Medical SPA will take advantage of the thermal waters and the landscape and will be a medical center for prevention and well-being. The routes and treatments will be unique according to the user's needs and requirements. Particular attention will be paid to the preparation of the rooms and respect for the territory.
