The course offers a theoretical and practical study dedicated to the upper third of the face and the periocular region aimed at graduates in Medicine and Surgery
The program, both theoretical and practical, alternates aesthetic medicine modules – focusing on botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and endolaser – with surgical modules that include upper and lower blepharoplasty, eyelid and temporal lift, entropion/ectropion correction, and complication management.
Particular attention will be paid to the synergistic approach between non-surgical and surgical methods for the rejuvenation and functional and aesthetic correction of the periocular area.
Through sessions on anatomical specimens, participants will have the opportunity to integrate fundamental anatomical knowledge with the most advanced techniques in aesthetic medicine and surgery.
Educational objectives
The goal is to provide professionals with a comprehensive, multidisciplinary vision, based on scientific evidence and anatomical practice, to increase the safety, precision, and quality of treatments.
Course Details
Date : From 13.02.2026 to 14.02.2026
Headquarters : Palazzo Trecchi, Via Trecchi 20, 26100 Cremona (CR)
Available Places : Limited to a maximum of 20 participants to ensure high-quality learning and personalized attention.
Course Structure
Friday, February 13, 2026
The first day of the course, held in the classrooms of Palazzo Trecchi, will be dedicated to in-depth theoretical discussions. The goal is to provide participants with a comprehensive scientific framework of the main aesthetic medicine and surgery techniques applied to the upper third of the eye and the periocular region, with particular attention to functional anatomy, clinical indications, and complication management.
Module 1: Aesthetic Medicine
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
The section dedicated to aesthetic medicine offers a theoretical overview of the main non-surgical approaches to rejuvenation and improvement of the periocular area.
The course explores the applications of botulinum toxin for reshaping the upper third of the face and treating periocular wrinkles (crow's feet), the use of dermal fillers for redefining the brow ridge, correcting infraorbital folds, and supporting entropion/ectropion, as well as the use of endolaser for skin rejuvenation. The focus is on advanced techniques, clinical indications, and synergistic integration between treatments.
Module 2: Aesthetic Surgery
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
This section of the course offers a theoretical analysis of corrective and rejuvenation interventions of the ocular region.
Techniques such as surgical eyebrow suspension, minimally invasive temporal lift, and lateral eyelid lift are analyzed, with a focus on efficacy and aesthetic impact. Upper and lower blepharoplasty procedures, including herniectomy and fat transfer, are also discussed, as are corrective techniques for entropion and ectropion. The surgical module also includes the management of complications from botulinum toxin in the ocular region and a discussion of integrating medical and surgical approaches for optimal results.
Social Dinner
8:00 PM
The day will conclude with an official dinner, an opportunity for teachers and participants to exchange ideas in an informal yet highly valuable scientific and relational setting.
Saturday, February 14 , 2026
A day dedicated to practical exercises in the Palazzo Trecchi wet lab, with hands-on sessions on anatomical specimens. Participants will have the opportunity to directly apply the techniques illustrated in the theoretical part, experimenting with aesthetic medicine and surgery procedures for the upper third of the eye and the periocular region. The goal is to consolidate anatomical and technical-operative skills, promoting an understanding of dissection planes and the integration of medical and surgical approaches, in a highly specialized training context.
