RATIONALE FOR THE EVENT
Agorà Up To Date is a scientific update day dedicated to aesthetic doctors who are members of the Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine – Agorà.
The event was created to offer a high-intensity training space, where analysis of the latest scientific evidence is combined with the sharing of clinical experiences, interactive discussion, and real-world case studies.
The day will feature the presentation of updates on regenerative medicine, dermocosmetics, facial injectables, botulinum toxin, lasers and energy-based devices, complications, and medical gases, which are the subject of the Scientific Society's Focus Group activities.
The sessions are structured to provide participants with updates based on literature reviews, clinical data, anatomical and physiological models, and development perspectives for the various methodologies.
Particular importance is given to the management of complications, addressed in a session in collaboration with SIME – Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine , and to the use of ultrasound in medical-aesthetic practice, the subject of practical exercises in small groups.
The training approach emphasizes direct interaction with speakers, active participation, and peer discussion, with the aim of transferring skills that can be immediately applied to daily clinical practice.
