COURSE PRESENTATION AND OBJECTIVES
The course aims to allow professionals in the sector to put into practice all the notions relating to communication with the patient/client in order to gain
attention and consent.
Communication, through all its channels, plays a fundamental role in creating a professional relationship that is in turn based on the patient/client's trust in the doctor.
If first of all it is essential to know how to communicate, it is also important to know how to read the signals of approval and rejection that the patient/client transmits to us, especially thanks to the
facial expressions.
