Healthcare advertising and marketing
COURSE PRESENTATION
The course will analyze the regulatory evolution of healthcare advertising, from the previous Bersani Law to the recent 2019 Budget Law, which imposed restrictions on the matter, undermining what was previously accepted, as well as the relevant ethical provisions.
The tools used for healthcare advertising will be discussed, outlining their limitations and opportunities. Healthcare marketing and advertising, however, are not exempt from privacy regulations: the tools for conducting privacy-compliant marketing will be analyzed.
